No, this did not come from a restaurant. Or out of a box. This was my LUNCH, made in my OVEN! And it tasted INCREDIBLE. What is it? A 300 calorie flat-bread 12” Thai Chicken Pizza. Cruncy, Carby, Cheesey, Veggie, Salty, Sweet…it’s everything food should be, and it’s GOOD for me. Not to mention is has 32 grams of filling protein! MMM. Recipe on the way. But, warning: When you eat this, you might die of happiness.
Yup. 300 calories. Compare that to a 1200 calorie Thai Chicken Pizza at CPK. Thought so.
I just prepared a “Thai chicken pizza” for lunch. I must say, I’m SUPER excited about it. This is it, pre-oven. Check out all those toppings!! VEGGIES, CHEESE, CHICKEN, PEANUTS AHHH! I’ll let you know how it goes. I think it’s gonna be good.
