I’ve always been curious if a peanut-butter-and-jelly-and-ham sandwich combo would be any good. I’ve looked online, and haven’t seen any recipes for one. So, today I was feeling adventurous and thought I would try it out. The verdict? YUMMY! And this meal balanced all my macronutrients, with protein, carbs, and fats. For just 200 delicious calories!
- 6 slices oscar meyer deli fresh honey ham (50 cals)
- 1 Tablespoon Better ‘n Peanut Butter or Peanut Wonder (50 cals)
- 2 slices Sara Lee Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread (90 cals)
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Jelly/Preserves (I used Apricot this time around :]) (10 cals)
Toast the bread if you like a little crunch, spread on the Peanut Butter and Jelly, stack your ham, and top it with the second slice. Munch on, food adventurers, munch on.
