One of my new favorite things to get is the Black Forest Ham, Egg White, and Cheese English Muffin Melt at Subway! It’s tasty, warm, cheesy, packed with 14 grams of protein, and on a delicious and healthy english muffin! You can also put all kinds of veggies on it for some extra fiber, vitamins and minerals! I like mine with spinach, onions, bell peppers, and tomato. Did I mention this steal is only 170 calories and a pocket-friendly $2? Sounds good to me!

I’ve always been curious if a peanut-butter-and-jelly-and-ham sandwich combo would be any good. I’ve looked online, and haven’t seen any recipes for one. So, today I was feeling adventurous and thought I would try it out. The verdict? YUMMY! And this meal balanced all my macronutrients, with protein, carbs, and fats. For just 200 delicious calories!

I was feeling a little adventurous around lunch time today, so I came up with this sandwhich: A Ham PB&J.
The verdict? It was kind of awesome. My tastebuds are all a tizzy. It was kind of like a dessert… a savory dessert. Delicious! And only 200 calories :)
