One of my new favorite things to get is the Black Forest Ham, Egg White, and Cheese English Muffin Melt at Subway! It’s tasty, warm, cheesy, packed with 14 grams of protein, and on a delicious and healthy english muffin! You can also put all kinds of veggies on it for some extra fiber, vitamins and minerals! I like mine with spinach, onions, bell peppers, and tomato. Did I mention this steal is only 170 calories and a pocket-friendly $2? Sounds good to me!
